Initiate Your Return
Log into your Nicholls account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
